I would put 5555555555 stars. I walked into a hallway and it was getting foggy the more I tried to put everything together. I've never been 65 before and I am looking at a scary step. I will be 65 in 2 months and my security was anxious and full of questions. I was referred to a young lady and I kept putting it off feeling I would wake up from this nightmare. I finally made the first move and called Vicki Torres. The voice was very kind and welcoming. Before I knew it I made an appointment to see her so we can get this jumble in my brain to make sense and not miss my time limits. I took my husband in case I missed any questions. He was very helpful. Anyway, as we sat across from each other she explained it to me as if I were 11 years old. The knots were untying in my brain slowly and it was so easy to make my decisions and choices. She welcomes every question. When I feel like they are so simple questions, common sense questions, I'm asking; she doesn't treat me like I'm dense, she answers them and goes a step further to explain it to me so I get it. She is my angel, I sighed in relief as I walked out of her office. She treated my husband and I like family. She's special!!!!!!!!!!! ❣️🌹
